Initial Appointment Massage Therapy ( New Patient)
Description
Prior to your first visit you will complete a confidential health history form which will be discussed with your therapist to determine a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your health goals. After your appointment you will receive a summary of your recommended treatment plan along with any applicable self-care instructions. Approx. 30 min of your appointment will be assessment and treatment planning. Increase your duration to ensure you allow for assessment and your preferred treatment time.
